Develop the framework for the elite cricket pathway for players within the Zone.

Set up and maintain Zone talent identification and development programs that deliver players to Cricket NSW Academy squads, Zone Representative teams and NSW representative teams.

Identify, recruit, develop and educate potential and current coaches within the Zone

Act as coach of Zone teams and/or Zone squads within the Cricket NSW Academy as well as assisting with Zone Representative teams, as required. Sustainable coach development in the Riverina across four councils.

CNSW Riverina Cricket Academy – Support and provide input to: Development of the Elite pathway for the Riverina Zone, Talent identification and program development, coach education and mentoring, athlete session feedback (AMS) coach zone representative teams, player and parent management. squad selection for U19 Country Championships.
